A hierarchy ID created at app F2918 "Manage Global Hierarchies"  cannot be modified at classic transactions OB58, FSE2, or Fiori app OB58 , and is not listed in "where used" section of fiori app F0731A  (Manage G/L Account Master Data), and cannot be handled by report RFBILA00N.
