3065015 - CDP/LMS : Auto Purge of certificates from Custom Learning Activity

- What document is deleted on the Auto Data Purge for Career Development Planning.

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Login to instance

2. Go to Admin Center > Data Retention Management > Auto Data Purge

3. Documents are selected by default. You can configure the retention period or choose not to purge this data type.

This will delete Learning certificates for custom learning activities. 

Note:  This only works for old functionality Learning Activity in CDP where you can attach certificate in Learning Activities. You can find it in Learning Activity tab, in CDP, when Transcript is enabled and LMS is disabled, and you can use for custom learning activities. Once you complete a learning activity, you can upload a certificate to it in this page:
