3065169 - Unable to export users to CSV file in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & SAP Digital Boardroom

• Exporting users to CSV file does not work in SAP Analytics Cloud.
  
• In network trace the error message is "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)".

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.7.7

1. Login to SAC.
2. Navigate to Main Menu >> Security >> Users.
3. Click on the export button.
4. In HAR trace it shows error "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)".

The issue is caused by a defect in the product.

• The issue is fixed in a future** version of SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Please refer to maintenance document.

** in version 2021.16. for customers on a bi-weekly (fast track) release cycle.
** in Q4 for customers on a Quarterly release cycle (QRC).
