3065414 - How to find the License Related Reports in SAP Business ByDesign?

This KBA will help you to find the License synced report from Application User Management work center.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Login to the Production tenant
2. Go to Application User Management work center
3. Navigate to Reports and Click on List
4. Search for the Report called "All Business Roles"
5. Run the Report
6. Go to View and add Row Filed called "License Category Code"
7. After you Execute you will see Report doesn't have the exact data as of the User Subscription in your Service Control Center work center

In order to see the exact data as of User Subscription from Service Control Center please follow the below steps:

1. Login to the Production tenant
2. Go to Application User Management work center
3. Navigate to Reports and Click on List
4. Search for the Report called "All Business Roles"
5. Run the Report
6. Go to View and add Row Filed called "Simplified License Code"
   
   
   
   
   
7. After you Execute you will see Report that has the exact data as of the User Subscription in your Service Control Center work center
