The button to change the Display Options is not available in the Candidate Workbench.

Cause
Candidate Summary Display Options is not configured in the Job Application template.
Resolution
If the Display Options configuration is not defined in the job application template, then the system will pull automatically the standard fields shown in the candidate workbench. The columns are only configurable if this section is configured in the job application template.
