3065608 - Job "Migrate Competencies in Job Requisitions from JDM1.0 to JDM2.0" failed - Recruiting Management

While implementing Job Profile Builder, the switch to Use Job Profile in Job Requisitions in Manage Recruiting Settings has been enabled. But, received an email where it says that the job "Migrate Competencies in Job Requisitions from JDM1.0 to JDM2.0" failed.

SuccessFactors system Migrate Competencies in Job Requisitions from JDM1.0 to JDM2.0. [migrateJDMCompetencies DATE AND TIME] status -- FAILED.

It can have a few different causes. The ones we have identified so far are:

• The switch for JDM 2.0 was turned on, but the Migrate button and job for JDM Old to New Sync was not configured.
• JDM Old to New Sync was not triggered by clicking on the Migrate button.

As part of the JDM to JPB migration, as described in the KBA 2968472 - JDM to JPB Migration Behavior - SuccessFactors Employee Profile, it's required to click the Migrate button to trigger the JDM Old to New Sync. The job Migrate Competencies in Job Requisitions from JDM 1.0 to JDM 2.0 is dependent of the migration. If the migration is not triggered or successful, it won't work.
