3065623 - Error: Please set one record as primary record for Emergency Contact

• At Provide Personal Data step, inputing all mandatory fileds in Personal Information portlet and then clicking on 'continue' button, error occurred 'Please set one record as primary record for Emergency Contact'.
• Another performance is: No error message was pop-up but the page keeps loading, cannot move to the next portlet.
• Wihout 'is primary' field in Primary Emergency Contact section, onboardee cannot select it as 'Yes'.

SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Lacking of 'is primary' field in Primary Emergency Contact section, need to make it visible for onboardee. The system behaviour is:

• If onboardee data model is enabled, it is mandatory to add primary_flag field in the succession and the onbaordee data model for this HRIS Element. Then isPrimary field will appear in Provide Personal Data step.
• If the Onboardee data model was not configured, then the isPrimary flag would appear directly without enabling this field.

• Navigate to 'Manage business configuration'.
• Find 'emergencyContactPrimary' HRIS Element, and add primary_flag field in the succession and the onbaordee data model.

• Then 'is Primary' field will appear.
