Is it possible to default competencies on a Job requisition without using Job Profile Builder?

1.  Create new Job Requisition
2. Try to default competencies without using Job Profile Builder
3.  Competencies do not default

It is not possible to set competencies by default when creating a job requisition without using Job Profile Builder.

• It is confirmed that competencies cannot be set by default when creating a job requisition without using Job Profile Builder.
• To automatically populate competencies on job requisitions, enable Job Profile Builder.
• Contact Professional Services to make the necessary configuration changes for integrating Job Profile Builder.
• The Recruiting – Job Profile Builder Integration allows job requisitions to be populated with pre-defined Job Profile content set up by an administrator.
• Enable the Recruiting – Job Profile Builder integration through Admin Center.
• Competencies defined for the job profile with Job Profile Builder are copied to the particular job requisition.
• Note that if competencies for a particular job profile are changed, the competencies on the requisition will not update automatically.
