Is it possible to default competencies on a Job requisition without using Job Profile Builder?

1.  Create new Job Requisition
2. Try to default competencies without using Job Profile Builder
3.  Competencies do not default

Confirmed with internal team that it is not possible to set competencies by default when creating a job requisition. However, if you want competencies to automatically populate on job requisitions, you will need to use job profile builder.

The job profile contains competencies. This will be a major change to your workflow, and you will need to contact Professional Services to make the configuration changes.

The Recruiting – Job Profile Builder Integration populates job requisitions with pre-defined Job Profile content set up by an administrator. This pre-populating helps ensure consistency and professionalism in job requisitions. Enable the Recruiting – Job Profile Builder integration through Admin Center.

Competencies defined for the job profile with Job Profile Builder are copied for the particular job requisition. If the competencies for a particular job profile are changed, the competencies on the requisition are not changed automatically.
