3066105 - [Onboarding] Can external users upload relevant documents for i9 section 1 (Onboarding/Offboarding)

While completing i9, in section 1 the external user does not have an option to upload documents/attachments. The HR/Compliance coordinator should upload this in Section 2.. Is there any workaround for this or should these documents be shared via email by the external user to the HR/Compliance coordinator?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Login as the external user, click on the complete Section 1 of i9 tile
• List of documents which would be required is displayed, however, the external user does not have any option to upload these documents

• The New Hire is not meant to upload any documents, they are only supposed to complete section 1 and there are no documents to be uploaded as part of section 1.
• The Corporate representative is meant to verify the documents while completing section 2 and upload anything that is required at that time.
