3066127 - "The import has encountered an error.  Try Again" with New Model Data Import option

• With the New Model in SAP SAC, import job with SAP BW Acquired data connection, data is not able to retrieve. It spins and no data will be retrieved.  Same query is able to retrieve the data into classic data model.
• New Model Data Import than You will get “The import has encountered an error.  Try Again”
• Creating a Classic Model Works fine but if selected New Model, Query never returns for the same query and connection

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.7.7

1. Create a new Acquired Data model connection using BW
2. Select New Model
3. Mapped the source and target fields.
4. Click Create to Import than You will get “ The import has encountered an error.  Try Again”
5. Classic Model with Data is working fine for the same connection.  

• This is a known issue with the Acquisition / Data Import workflow with "New Models"

• This issue is currently under investigation by development
  
  • Workaround: Select the Connection used for the Import, and click "Share these credentials when sharing this connection".
