3066139 - SAML SSO giving 500 Internal error after migration/system copy

Logging onto the system with SAML 2.0 fails with error 'internal Error' 500 code in the browser 

There has been recent migration of the system or system copy

Checking the dev_icf<work process number> the trace file and error can be observed like below
