3066139 - SAML SSO giving 500 Internal error after migration/system copy

• Logging into the system with SAML 2.0 fails with an 'Internal Error' and a 500 error code in the browser.
• There has been a recent system migration or system copy.
• Upon checking the dev_icf<work process number> trace file, the following error can be observed:
