3066148 - MEI1: No document change if last changed net price is equal to PO Net price - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

Price change is made to the info record more than once, and finally, the net price in info record is equal to PO net price.

In this case, run MEI1 and system shows the change is completed with message NI014, but PO net price is not actually changed (No change log).
