3066167 - Warning message MMPUR_REQ_COMMON095 can be found when creating PR

When creating a PR via the professional APP a warning messsage below can be found:

MMPUR_REQ_COMMON095 ‘You have entered a purchasing group which differs from the proposed purchasing groups, based on the given material group’

Create PR with app 'Manage requisition - professional' without a material.

The system always validates the purchasing group when no material ID is passed in (including for limit items).
The configuration in SSCUI 102479  'Define Mapping of Material Groups to Purchasing Group' is checked and a warning will be issued incase the combination of 'Material Group' and 'Purchasing Group' in PR is different with the configuration in SSCUI 102479.

It is only a warning proceed to save.
