Error occurs when trying to close or set deletion flag for production order.

• Unprocessed future change recs for order prevent del. flag/completion Message no. CO688

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

1. Create a production / process order in Create Production order / Create Process Order app
2. Release the order
3. Post confirmation with goods movements for this order.
4. Try to close or delete the the order in Change Production order / Change Process Order app
5. System return error CO688 Unprocessed future change recs for order & prevent del. flag/completion

Error records or postprocessing records are still existing for this order and need to be processed first.

1. Check Reprocess Goods Movements (COGI) app

1. Go to Reprocess Goods Movements (COGI) app
2. Insert the effected order number as selection criteria
3. Click Execute
4. All records which are found, need to be posted first.
5. IMPORTANT: Please don't delete COGI records, this will lead to inconsistencies.
6. If no records found, continue with step 2

2. Check Predefined Confirmation Processes (CO1P) app

1. Go to Predefined Confirmation Processes (CO1P) app
2. Insert the effected order number as selection criteria
3. Make sure you set the flags
   
   • Automatic Goods Receipt
   • Backflushing
   • Actual Cost Calulation
4. Execute selection
5. All records which are shown here must be posted first by:
   
   • select the record and press save
   • or scheduling a job in Schedule Posting of Predefined Confirmation Processes  app.
6. Deletion of Predefined Confirmation Processes (CO1P) records is not supported in SAP standard, this records should be posted.
7. IMPORTANT: After posting the data from Predefined Confirmation Processes (CO1P) check Reprocess Goods Movements (COGI) again, as this CO1P records can lead to COGI records again.

3. Check Reprocess Errors in Actual Costs (COFC) app

1. Go to Reprocess Errors in Actual Costs (COFC) app
2. Insert the effected order number
3. Execute the selection
4. All records which are found, need to be posted first

If all 3 apps didn't show any data for this order, please open a customer message under PP-SFC-CPL-2CL for production orders and PP-PI-POR-2CL for process orders.
