SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When accessing the WebGUI through an SAP Web Dispatcher, an error page stating "400 session timeout" is displayed immediately.
Subsequent access attempts show the error:
service tree "/default_host/sap/public/bc/its" is not available for HTTP access
Accessing the WebGUI bypassing the Web Dispatcher works.
The parameter "is/instname_encoding" is set at the profiles of the ABAP system behind the Web Dispatcher.
