3066561 - Parameter detailed_error_on_connect controls what messages are returned during error connect attempt

Symptom

You found different messages are returned by the same command hdbsql, between different HANA systems.

Examples are as below.

[message from system 1]

* 415: user is deactivated: USER01 was explicitly deactivated by administrator [1] SQLSTATE: HY000

[message from system 2]

* 10: authentication failed SQLSTATE: 28000
