Create and edit customized email layouts in Career Site Builder for particular types of candidates, positions, or email campaigns to optimize communications as part of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting as well as Candidate Relationship Management.

Is it possible to add header and footer for recruiting emails?

Resolution

RMK Customers can customize the templates used for the email messages to candidates. Customers use email layouts for creating email campaigns from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. After brands have been configured, email layouts allows the customers to configure brand-approved layouts. General system users can use brand-approved layouts to launch email campaigns.

Unlike other Career Site Builder pages, Email Layout has its own set of components. The set includes Header for header information, Text to add body text in the email, HTML to send HTML-formatted email, Footer for footer information, and a position-holder component called Configurable Text Area.

RCM customer can format the email body in a way that it will look like it has the header and footer. They can also add SF hosted images in the email template.
