3066963 - Cannot create billing document requests for Service Contracts - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

A service contract was created with the SRV_Contract product. When trying to create a billing document request in the "Schedule Billing Document Request Creation" app, the following error message displays:

Material SRV_Contract has not been maintained.

This message is related to a missing product description for the respective language. For example, if a service contract is for a Korean sales organization, the product description in the Korean language needs to be maintained.

1. Go to the Change Material app.

2. Under Material, enter the product name.

3. Choose Additional Data.

4. Enter the respective language.
