Sales Quote Trigger Re-Approval Upon Changing Any field Value.

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Go to Sales Work Center.
2. Choose View Sales quote.
3. Open Approved Quote xyz(XYZ represents quote ID).
4. Try Change Any field value.
5. Save.
6. The Approval status reset to Not started. 

The sales quote approval status reset to not started because of the scoping question "Do you want to control the reset of approval status and output status via workflow rules?" is not scoped.

This is the expected system behavior by the default question "Re-Submit of Sales Quote" is not enabled.

If you desire to return to the default configuration, you need to uncheck this scoping question checkbox on Business Configuration following the below steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Choose Edit Project Scope.
4. Choose Next until the option 4 - Questions.
5. Expand the node Sales -> New Business -> choose Sales Quotes.
6. Search for the scoping question "Re-Submit of Sales Quotes".
7. Check the question Do you want to control the reset of approval status and output status via workflow rules?.

Without selecting this scoping question, each change in the quote (besides adding an attachment) changes the Approval Status to "Not Started".
