3067023 - Manual disconnect SCC from BTP subaccount does not trigger alert e-mail notification

Someone logged into BTP Cockpit then enter subaccount that has SAP Cloud Connector(SCC) connected. Access menu: Connectivity -> Cloud Connectors, and manually click 'Force Disconnect' so as to discuonnect subaccount with SCC. At SCC UI 'Alerting' menu, following kind of alert throw out:

Also in SCC scc_core.trc following log can be seen:

Then expect to have alert e-mail sent out by SCC. But actually no alert e-mail get received.
