This document will explain on how the interview assessment will happen when multiple interview statuses are configured in the instance.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
Once a candidate's interview is completed, it shows up in Interview Central for assessment and rating. Each interview creates a unique entry, so a second interview adds a new entry for evaluation without replacing the first one.
If the same person conducts both the first and second interviews, they will only see one record in Interview Central. The system design ensures that assessments are tied to one candidate, one requisition, and one interview per interviewer. Consequently, a new entry will be generated if a different person conducts the second interview, and the system will maintain the details of the first interview. This approach is part of the system design and not an issue.
