3067530 - Form template data cannot be displayed well for the output item in status 'Completed' while data shows well for the output item in status 'In preparation'

A new form template which is a PDF-based print forms with fragments one is developed and used in sales and billing documents output. Also the gateway service in this form template is based on CDS view. When trying to preview the form template for the output item in status 'Completed', no data can be displayed. But for the output item in status 'In preparation' or 'To be output' by using same form template, data can be shown well.
