3067685 - AXONX/EWI - Able to close orders with operations / components

Symptom

In AXONX/EWI, when declaring Serviceable, the service orders are getting completed with open operations and components w/o any warnings as per the configuration. Screenshots of error config and data provided. Also for digital signature check, the error message doesn't tell the user which operation failed the check.
