• Generate a report to fetch statistical user logon data in BizX
• Audit on who has logged in the SuccessFactors system

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD, Story)
    • Story reports
      • Query Designer - Filter, Calculated Column, Params 

1. Logon to BizX application.
2. Navigate to Reporting
3. Create a new Story Report:
   
   
   
4. Choose Login Data as the Driving Table: 
   
   
   
5. Select Login Detail and choose the required fields.
   Note: 
   - The only fields available for Login Data in story report are Access Date, First Name, Last Name, Display name, External Person ID & User ID
   - If required, you can join this table with Basic User Information to fetch more data.
   - The results in the query are determined on the user's target population. We cannot change the People Scope of the report for Login Data in Stories in People Analytics.
   
   
6. Save the query and showcase the data in the widget: 
   
   
7. Apply filters and additional configuration as needed.

Note: We don't have the same mapping with Table reports.
