Symptom
The admins are unable to view any scheduled reports under the "Report Jobs" tab; the page appears blank, even though recurring reports are scheduled.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Login as Admin.
- Go to Reports.
- Select tab "Reports Jobs".
- Page is blank.
Cause
Permission for viewing background Report job is not assigned.
Resolution
- Login as Admin.
- Go to System Administration> Security > Role Management.
- Search for the affected admin role
- Open the affected role in Edit mode.
- Go to Permissions tab.
- Ensure that the "View Background Report Job" permission is enabled under Reports. If this permission is not assigned, admins will encounter a blank screen upon clicking the Report Jobs tab.
