3068285 - Candidate cannot complete Onboarding Process - Onboarding 1.0

Candidates are not progressing beyond Signature Step even though all the steps are completed and all the PDF Forms are signed.

The reason of an Onboarding process not progressing beyond the Signature Step is due PDF Forms that are in status “Awaiting Signatures”.

Check in Super Admin if all PDF Forms are signed:

1. Go to Super Admin
2. Select customer account
3. Manage HR Data
4. Search for candidate
5. Select the candidate
6. HR Data PDF Files
7. Check if all PDF Forms are signed

The Hiring Manager and the Employee need to sign all the PDF Forms in order to complete Onboarding.

NOTE: The PDF Forms that need to be signed will have the status "Awaiting Signature".
