3068349 - Cancel Allocation For Product In Customer Demand

You want to remove/delete confirmation for a product from customer demand.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Control work center. 
2. Navigate to Customer Demand view. 
3. Search for the relevant product and select it. 

You can see that the product has its availability confirmed with Green ATP.  You want to remove the same.

The confirmation for a product can be removed by following below given steps.

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Control work center. 
2. Navigate to Customer Demand view. 
3. Search and Select  the relevant product and sales order Id combination. 
4. Choose the Actions button and select the option Cancel Confirmation. 

The confirmation will be removed from the selected product for your order. Please also note that the above option will be available for customer demands who has Release Status as Not Released.
