This KBA provides step-by-step to help on troubleshooting Payroll USA tax calculations throught the batch test. SAP sends the BSI script with parameters for taxes calculation to the BSI TaxFactory, the BSI TaxFactory performs the calculation and returns the result to the SAP system.
It is important that the calculations returned from the BSI system are evaluated and attached to the SAP/BSI case, so we can check the values that are being returned by BSI.
