3068714 - Advanced Filter on Enterprise Search not Working for Utilities

Symptom

You have the Utilities scenario enabled and notices the Advanced Filter for the Utilities Related categories on Enterprise Search is not working.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Enterprise Search.
  2. Change the filter to Utilities-Customer.
  3. Search for ABC (ABC represents a Customer name).
  4. You find aAccount ID 123 (123 represents ABC's Account ID).
  5. Open the Advanced Search.
  6. Filter by ID = 123.
  7. No data found.

Cause

There is missing configuration on the Communication Arrangements for the Utilities Integration.

Resolution

For this to work, the CPI End Point URL needs to be added to the Services on the Communication Arrangements for Utilities.
