3068844 - Creating Destinations for the Learning cards in SAP Work Zone for HR

Need to create Destinations to be able to use Learning (LMS) cards in SAP work Zone for HR

SAP Work Zone for HR

Unless the Learning related Destinations are created correctly in BTP Subaccount, the Learning Cards will not function properly.

The Learning Cards require two Destinations to be created in BTP Subaccount- Learning_API and Learning_Host.

1) How to create the 'Learning_API' destination?

The Learning_API destination is supposed to be same as the SuccessFactors_API destination (created during the Onboarding steps) in all parameters except the "URL" field. Recommended steps for creating the same->

1. Go to BTP Subaccount -> Connectivity -> Destinations
   
2. Select the SuccessFactors_API destination.
   
   
3. Click on the Clone button.
       
   
   
4. In the new Destination, set the-
      Name -> "Learning_API"
      URL -> Base URL of the Learning instance (e.g Demo LMS https://xyz.scdemo.successfactors.eu or customer LMS https://xyz.plateau.com)
      Client Key -> 
     
      Everything else should remain exactly the same.
   
   
5.  Once the above are done, click Save to save the new Destination.

2) How to create the 'Learning_Host' destination?

1. Go to BTP Subaccount -> Connectivity -> Destinations
2. Click "New Destination"
      
   
   
3. Fill in the following fields-
   <Name>: Learning_Host".
   <Type>: HTTP
   <URL>: Base URL of the Learning instance (e.g Demo LMS https://xyz.scdemo.successfactors.eu or customer LMS https://xyz.plateau.com)
   <Proxy Type>: Internet
   <Authentication>: NoAuthentication
   
   
   
4. Click Save to save the new Destination.
