3069087 - User Activation Email Expired

Symptom

When the DocuSign administrator sends an activation email for a user to activate their account, the user has a specific time period to activate the account. Then the activation is disabled. 

The user activation emails expire after 14 days and this time frame cannot be modified by account administrators or support.
