3069098 - Stack trace on DB_Assert at IQ shutdown or after hitting Assertion failed: 104301 Attempt to free a user descriptor with non-zero reference count -SAP IQ

2 different behaviors can lead to the same stack trace:

• SAP IQ server stops responding with *** ERROR *** Assertion failed: 104301 (16.0.0.3089)Attempt to free a user descriptor with non-zero reference count after sp_iqdroplogin procedure is executed. 

• When SAP IQ is shutdown (the stack trace is generated randomly at shutdown)

dbvalid on the catalog returns no error.
