3069350 - Personal Data Collection doesn't load for Onboardee - Onboarding

• An application error occurs in console (dev tool) when the page is loading for a long time.
• The page does not finish loading and does not allow the candidate to continue with the onboarding process.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as the candidate.
2. Open the Personal Data Collection tile
3. The page keeps spinning and does not load.

• Check the application error from console/dev tool. In the logs, it will show an invalid table name: Could not find table/view FO_GEOZONE_T in schema STG4SFV4_STOCKPM1022_REF_E
• The Configure Object definition of the legalEntity has a custom field as Foundation Object that is not visible to the external users, as a result, when the external user loads the Personal Data Collection page, the page does not load due to this error.

• Remove this field from the Legal Entity definition and check if the page loads properly.
