3069528 - The depreciation start date of an asset cannot be modified to the closed year - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public edition

Symptom

When trying to change the depreciation start date of asset to last closed fiscal year, the system raised the error: "You can not change the depreciation start date to closed fiscal year."
