Is it possible to exclude external users while performing DRTM Onboarding Purge?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Resolution
- If the external candidates process status is "Completed", then it is possible to exclude the user if the user is included in Purge Freeze.
- If the external candidates process status is "Cancelled", then it is not possible to exclude the user. This is a known issue and the Engineering Team are working on the fix for the same.
- KBA will be updated when the issue is resolved for candidates with "Cancelled" Process Status
