Tasks configured as optional in Onboarding Programs are not visible in Complete New Recruit Tasks tile for Hiring Manager.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as the Hiring Manager for a particular candidate
2. Open the Complete New Recruit Tasks tile in Home Page
3. For the onboardees the tasks which are set as optional are not visible in the tile

This is an expected system behavior.

• Optional or non-required onboarding tasks are not assigned to a specific user. As a result, the Assigned To field appears empty in the Onboarding Dashboard, and these tasks are not shown in the Complete New Recruit Tasks tile for the Hiring Manager.
• Only required tasks that are assigned to the Hiring Manager are displayed in this tile.
• Hiring Managers can access optional tasks directly from the Onboarding Dashboard.
