3069775 - "Unable to load the data." is displayed on WorkZone for HR

"Unable to load data" is displaying after enabling SAP SuccessFactors content into SAP WorkZone for HR.

The following error can be seen when checking the WorkZone for HR logs:

GET request to /dynamic_dest/SuccessFactors_API/odata/v2/User/$metadata completed with status 500 Retrieving of OAuthToken failed due to the following reason: Cannot determine user to propagate for OAuth2SAMLBearerAssertion destination. Either provide user_token JWT token (https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/api/uaa/version/4.7.1/index.html#user-token-grant) when retrieving the destination or configure it with SystemUser.,"...","...","ERROR"

• SAP Build Work Zone, Advanced Edition
• SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

1. Enable SAP SuccessFactors content into WorkZone for HR;
2. When accessing the content, "Unable to load data" is displayed.

The customAttribute2 on IAS is not being filled out with the SuccessFactors ID.

There are two ways to address this issue:

• Manually set the SF UserID to the Custom Attribute 2 on IAS for each user
  OR
• Updates SuccessFactors_API destination to match the following guide > Creating Destinations to SAP SuccessFactors | SAP Help Portal
