3069775 - "Unable to load the data." is displayed on WorkZone for HR

Symptom

"Unable to load data" is displaying after enabling SAP SuccessFactors content into SAP WorkZone for HR.

The following error can be seen when checking the WorkZone for HR logs:

GET request to /dynamic_dest/SuccessFactors_API/odata/v2/User/$metadata completed with status 500 Retrieving of OAuthToken failed due to the following reason: Cannot determine user to propagate for OAuth2SAMLBearerAssertion destination. Either provide user_token JWT token (https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/api/uaa/version/4.7.1/index.html#user-token-grant) when retrieving the destination or configure it with SystemUser.,"...","...","ERROR"
