3069818 - JMS Adapter messages hang in Delivering status

Symptom

  • SAP Process Integration (PI) / Process Orchestration (PO) system is being used to send messages to IBM MQ through JMS Receiver Adapter. Within Message Monitor, it is observable that messages are hanging in Delivering status
  • If a Thread Dump is captured while the messages are hanging, the following thread is visible:
