3069829 - The database in the license does not match to the actual database

Symptom

Even though you haven't made any changes with regards to the licence file you get the error "The database in the license does not match to the actual database". This can happen for example after a server restart.

In the error log file you find a stack like this:

[http-nio-8090-exec-87] ERROR com.sap.scco.cs.service.ui.impl.SystemInfoServiceImpl - License exception
com.sap.scco.cs.utilities.ServiceException: LICENSE_WRONG_DB
