3069835 - CustomerOrderReplicationIn failing with "Solve Configuration Issue in Code List Mapping for field TimeZoneCode with value ABC" Error

You are replicating Sales Order or Sales Quote from ERP to C4C and the following error is being raised for CustomerOrderReplicationIn message: "Solve Configuration Issue in Code List Mapping for field TimeZoneCode with value ABC" error.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Administrator Work center.

2. Open the General Settings View.
3. Click on Web Service Message Monitoring.
4. Search for the Service Interface.
5. You will be able to see the error.
6. Select the respective message.
7. Click on Restart.

This error comes up due to the below reasons:

1. Code List Mapping is not maintained for TimeZoneCode.

2. Code List Mapping is maintained for TimeZoneCode but for a different Mapping Group than the one maintained on the Communication Arrangement.

3. Missing Communication Arrangement.

To resolve the issue, please make sure to follow the below:

1. To create the Code List Mapping, follow the below steps:

• Go to Business Configuration Work Center.

• Click on Overview.
• Search for *Code List Mapping*.
• Open the Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions Activity.
• Select the Maintain Code List Mapping option.
• Click on Add Row.
• On the Local Data Type Name Column, search for TimeZoneCode.
• Add it.
• Map the respective codes.
• Save it.

2. To check the Mapping Group maintained for TimeZoneCode, follow the below steps:

• Go to Business Configuration Work Center.
• Click on Overview.
• Search for *Code List Mapping*.
• Open the Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions Activity.
• Select the Maintain Code List Mapping option.
• On the Local Data Type Name Column, search for TimeZoneCode.
• Check the Mapping Group maintained for it.
• You need to make sure to be using the same Mapping Group as the one used on the Communication Arrangement.

3. If the corresponding Communication Arrangement is missing, create it:

Sales Order - Sales Order Replication from SAP Business Suite.

Sales Quote - Sales Quote Replication from SAP Business Suite.
