It is observed that Accruable end date is not equal to termination date when terminating an employee who already has one termination in the same accrual period before.

Reproducing the Issue
- Terminate an employee.
- Rehire in same accrual period.
- Terminate this employee again in the same accrual period and observe that Accruable end date is not equal to termination date.
Wrong Accruable End Date issue only affects the simulation on the termination screen, a recalculation performed after the termination and hence the accruable end date is calculated correctly again, which can also be checked via the Time Account process simulator. No need to perform any manual recalculation but system does it automatically. So, the final balance after termination will be correct.
The only impact is with payout from Termination Screen, as workaround it is advised to create the payout from the Administer Time Workbench for the termination date before the termination itself. So, this way we can negate this simulation issue on termination screen till we have a permanent fix.
This issue will be permanently fixed in next release (2H-2021).
