• The Purge Utility is taking long to execute because of the large number of rows in MMT_Ep_Rule_Data and MMT_Ep_Rule_Detail tables
• The delete from MMT_Ep_Rule_Data and MMT_Ep_Rule_Detail tables is taking long time. 
• Note 2968822 - Purge utility is not cleaning up sample failed rule data from the MMT_Ep_Rule_Data table, causing the table to become very large and unmanageable is not suitable due to Information steward version has been upgraded to a higher Patch, which should contain the fix.
• Can tables MMT_Ep_Rule_Data and MMT_Ep_Rule_Detail be truncated?
