Corporate Structure is not flowing for some candidates from EC to Offboarding activity.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - All Versions.
Cause
Information sent from EC does not exist on Onboarding's Structure.
Resolution
- Review the Corporate structure that is being sent from EC and if exist on Onboarding Structure.
- Review on SuperAdmin, if the Structure Level has any relation with other Structure as Child or Parent, that can be impacting in case the Structure does exist.
