3070330 - The system create deliveries automatically for replacement sales orders

Replacement sales order type 'SD2' has generated a delivery automatically but it is preferred that the delivery is created manually.

The Delivery is create automatically from the Replacement Order as standard.

Please consider setting the delivery block against the sales order type in SSCUI:

1. Configure Sales Document Types 102495

Alternatively,on the Edit Customer Return screen, in the Item area - Refund Details column, enter the following data or action:
● Refund Type: Replacement Product
● Refund Control: Replacement Order  
Choose Save and Release.

As outlined above, instead of entering Immediate Delivery, use Replacement Order.
