Does Recruiting module support a minimum age validation when the candidate is applying to an open position?
For example, only candidates with 18 years or older.

Resolution
In the current system version, by default there's no tool or functionality that will validate the candidate age and prevent them from applying.
As workaround, there are three options:
- Create a statement in the Job Application form letting the candidate know about the minimum age. - Requisition Pre-Screen Questions
- Create a Pre-Screening Question to ask the candidates if they are older than 18, for example, and make it disqualifying.
- Create a Business Rule in the Job Application form to automatically disqualify the Application based on an answer of a specific field. In the following Guide section, there's an example on how to setup this rule. Note that Business Rule are currently not supported when Mobile Apply is enabled. In this scenario, the rule will only be triggered in the Recruiter side based on the pre-defined settings of the rule, e.g. onSave trigger point.
