3070361 - New hire's Personal information does not populate compliance task - Onboarding

Your new hire has completed the Personal Data Collection step and has populated all information related to I9 Compliance task - However, in the compliance task tile some of these details are missing, such as phone number, email address, Name and etc.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete the Personal Data Collection;
2. Go to Compliance task and observe that some of the fields are blank.

RBP permissions related to Employee Data are missing in the Onboarding External user permission role. 

Ensure that your external user role has permissions to Employee Data in Manage Permission Roles > Onboarding External user > Employee Data. For more information related to new hire's permissions, please refer to Role-Based Permissions for New Hires as External Users
