3070372 - Fault Manager errors when using Floating IP - SAP ASE 16.0 with HADR on Azure

• HADR Fault Manager (FM) log is reporting the following error every few minutes:

• After HADR FM and both RMAs are restarted, HADR FM status shows:
   
  > sybdbfm status

  fault manager running, pid = 28171, fault manager overall status = ERR, currently executing in mode BOOTING

  db host status: UNKNOWN.
  db status OK hadr status PRIMARY.

  db host status: UNKNOWN.

  VIPA status: ERROR.
  failover prerequisites fulfilled: NO.

• Now HADR FM log reports different errors like:
