3070902 - Custom object field is showing as number instead of label in Mobile App - Recruiting Management

A derived job requisition/application custom object field is being used in Offer Approval but it is showing as number in SuccessFactors App. The issue is not encountered when using web browser.

The offer approver is unable to see the field label in mobile app.

Field is not set as reportable in Provisioning

Aside from adding the field in the mobile-fields section of the template, they should also be marked as reportable in provisioning so the system can pull the label in the system. 

Adding the field as reportable will not affect existing job offer in the system. You will need to create a new offer approval to validate if the field label will start to show  in Mobile App.
