The posting generated from app Perform Foreign Currency Valuation is not updated in all ledgers, for example it is posted to ledger 0L only, but not to 2L, or vice versa.

1. Run app Perform Foreign Currency Valuation with parameters. 
2. Check the valuation journal entries posted.

In the configuration activity Assign Valuation Areas and Accounting Principles (SSCUI ID 101627), valuation area has assignment with the accounting principle.

Accounting principle is assigned to ledger in configuration activity Assign Accounting Principles to Ledgers and Company Codes (SSCUI 103556). 

The valuation area assigned to accounting principle which only posts to the specific ledger, then it is standard behavior only this ledger is updated.
