3070943 - [Onboarding] One to many relationship is not supported in Custom Data Collection

Symptom

Currently, Custom Data Collection only supports flat objects. However, when there are one to many relationships ( like multiple qualifications etc), it is not supported.

We need to provide support for 1 to many relationship. The capability is supported from MDF. However, Onboarding Custom Data Collection screen needs to adopt and support the same.
